Minor Earthquake shakes local region last PM

At approximately 9:50 last night local time (1:50UTC), an earthquake measuring 4.0 on the Richter Scale shook the local region near Guadeloupe. This Minor Quake had an epicenter located at 16.02 N, 60.79 W — about 34 miles ENE of Grand-Bourg, Marie-Galante, Guadeloupe/61 miles E of Basse-terre, Guadeloupe/177 miles SSE of St. Maarten.
There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries, and no threat of a tsunami.
