Eye 4 Weather is committed to delivering reliable weather information for the Caribbean region, mainly St. Maarten, St. Eustatius, and Saba. We provide the information in an easy to read format so that anyone can follow and understand the conditions.

Weather updates are sent via our newsletter on a daily basis and posted on various forums, such as Facebook, Twitter, and our integrated blog.

The 2011 Hurricane Season was another active one as forecasted, and our aim is to keep you informed Before, During, and After the storm with recent updates and photo/video footage on approaching and local weather conditions.

Eye 4 Weather is the brain child of a local weather enthusiast who wanted to provide an easier and more accessible format for others to follow. Backed by a strong support system, educational reinforcement, and an even stronger desire to get the word out, this young enthusiast began sending out weather reports to her close friends and family via e-mail on October 7th, 2009.

Although informative, reports were not consistently given throughout the year as many were not interested in the day-to-day updates of practically “fair weather”. It wasn’t until May 2011 that a friend approached her and urged this enthusiast to pursue her passion and perhaps take it more seriously. She took the friend’s advice and founded ‘Eye 4 Weather’ on June 1st, 2011.

The e-mails became more consistent and if that weren’t enough, video forecasting was also introduced. The list of viewers began to grow and as the hurricane season picked up, it expanded by leaps and bounds.

In a nutshell, the CEO of Eye 4 Weather is Ms. Desiree Connor and she, along with the rest of the team, forecasts for the SSS Islands – namely St. Maarten, Saba, and St. Eustatius.
